President’s Notes Fall 2011

Dear All

We are happy to begin the 2011-2012 SPE season with a presentation from Martin Neff of Arburg.  As always people are working to continue a long standing tradition of bringing presentations to Nebraska that are both timely and informative.  A special thanks to Martin Richards for his help in obtaining presenters for Nebraska SPE.

We are planning to give the Nebraska SPE website an overhaul in the coming months; I want to thank Larry Koester for heading up this project.  It is our hope we can give our advertisers more bang for the buck by upgrading our website. 

If you’re reading this in our Newsletter, You can thank Joe Allen of Airlite Plastics for his work in overseeing the layout and printing of our Newsletter.

Last but not least I need to put a word in for our annual Advertising Campaign.  We will be contacting our advertisers in the coming weeks and asking them to support Nebraska SPE once again.  If you come in contact with one of our advertisers, they deserve a pat on the back and a big thank you for their support.  The meetings, Seminars and Scholarships don’t happen by accident, they require the support our sponsors and hard work by our volunteers.  With your continued support all these things will happen once again in the coming year.
